     @civodul did you see that I use guix pack as the suggested deployment vector for guile in the 64 programming essentials booklet I got finished today (first complete draft):

     One thing I stumbled over while doing so is that guix pack does not have a `-f guix.scm` option (different from guix build and guix shell). Is that intentional?

     @ArneBab Nice document!

     That ‘-f’ has a different meaning in ‘guix pack’ is probably an oversight from its early days.

     (though I don’t know whether I can create it easily — would have to find my way around the code first)
