     Once again, everyone ever: the website is a terrible idea and has always been a terrible idea, but once these sites are properly established, they're hard to take out. Either all of them dies and people scatter (yeah, right) or it's just gonna be one/some of them, and it's gonna be the already established ones

The shitlibs will absolutely make bluesky hell on earth, they'll purity spiral themselves to death as the platform is really busy implementing bad ideas for them to block each others, then they'll wonder where has all the attention went and they'll come crawling back

     @sun @ins0mniak I dunno, if feel like all of these suck to a certain extent that you cannot truly fix, because once again, everyone ever: the website is a terrible idea that we should have never entertained
     
     I really do hope bluesky and the shitlib paradise hell doesn't really take off because these people has driven policy all around the web and a platform they're controlling again that's a total echochamber, but even more than last time, is kind of a scary thought

     Remember the reports of once Twitter got into Elon's hands suddenly the Japanese hashtags became organic instead of random shitlibs talking point? This is what is potentially really scary about corpo capture of the Internet and everyone ever: the website, they're easy to astroturf as fuck, hell, the platform is complicit with it
