     There's a general malaise. There's not gonna be an easy fix, if a fix exists.
     
     This should be taken as an opportunity to drop out and innovate somewhere else.
     
     Like yea, shit sucks and you should stop playing into the system, but that doesn't mean quit. Sometimes, the solution isn't "go through" it's "go around".
