     'open source' intelligence meaning they did not have to deploy case officers to get it, they just bought it from data markets.

     @sun @mangeurdenuage @mia its actually surprisingly hard to legally obtain topographical data.
     
     i tried to do this for a project someone wanted to commission me for. almost every data source makes you sign agreements to destroy the records after 30 days.
