     @Appalachian_Crusader @sickburnbro It would be nice if that were true but sadly no. The problem today is that we have introduced hormone disrupter in the human diet called processed carbs. Its extremely difficult to reduce intake when your body is screaming at you to eat which is the effect for obese people when they eat carbs.
     
     All you have to do to beat this is eliminate carbs and up animal saturated fats but the medical profession has fought this tooth and nail for decades.

     @Escoffier @Appalachian_Crusader what specifically has happened is that processed carbs make it very easy to screw up your insulin system. Once your insuln regulation is toast, your cells never want to release energy, so if there isn't glucose in your blood stream you body is literally starving.
