   In theory, Netanyahu and Gallant won't be able to travel in any of the 150 countries that are members of the ICC without facing arrest. In practice, the US and others will not comply (and may even retaliate against the ICC). But many countries will, so it's a major win.

     @Pikiao I'm talking about the treaties, conventions, customs, etc mentioned here: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_humanitarian_law

     Especially the "Basic Rules of IHL" there.

     »Protected persons are those hors de combat (outside of combat) or not taking part in hostilities in a situation of armed conflict, and shall be protected in all circumstances.«

     This double especially includes not to shoot, starve or otherwise kill children.

     @wonka @raph I agree. But lets get this clear it wasn't Israel that started this war. Had they returned the hostages unharmed this would not had blown out to where it is now. If there is anyone to blame it is HAMAS and Palestine for harbouring the terrorist.

     @Pikiao No one but Israeli leadership is to blame for overstepping agreed-upon rules of "civilized" warfare in their warfare against Hamas.

     @Pikiao And nothing Hamas did can justify Israel's starving of Gaza noncombatants.

     Neither can anything Israel did justify Hamas shooting Qassam missiles at places without any military installation around.
