   they should have shitting competitions were people are given medical grade laxatives and then afterwards being cleared out they're forced to eat specific diets in large quantities to induce extreme constipation and then have them all shit at the same time and race to see who can clear out the fastest
   obviously by the nature of this competition, it would be competed in almost exclusively by femboys who are already used to stretching their assholes out like this, and i find that rather erotic
