     @ned apparently russia tried to build their own cybersyn but politicos blocked it, but the CIA was extremely unhappy about it saying it was going to buttfuck the USA if they were to pull it off
     
     Allende actually green lit this in Chile and its believed to have nonfactored a CIA shenanigan, two months later out comes Pinochet.
