   @ansate It depends on what else you have. So if you have pita, you can make arayes (basically pita burgers) which are nice served with a salad. Instant mashed potatoes and some carrots and/or peas could become a shepherd's pie. Or if you've got a lot of extra cabbage (or coleslaw mix), you could do an "egg roll in a bowl" thing.      I have a pound of beyond beef. I don’t usually cook with it or with real ground beef - would love ideas of what would be a good way to use it.

     So help me, I might resort to Hamburger Helper if no one has any better ideas
