   One thing BlueSky has done right - is to make that bridge to activitypub, that way you can follow others there and interact, without having a account there.
   That feature alone is very nice, for those of us who want to connect with other's there, without having an account there. So I say Bravo bluesky!

     just follow this account:
     @bsky.brid.gy@bsky.brid.gy
     You then get a reply message with your bridged account url (takes some time for it to be enabled), and once that profile is running - you are all set.

     Thanks. I tried exactly that a while back. Didn't work, so I stopped subscribing to that account.
