@AnneTheWriter1 The rush to BlueSky has surely been interesting to watch. I'm not on BlueSky and haven't felt any impulse to go there. But it's clear there's a big move there from X after the election, isn't it?
@wdlindsy I'm not blind to the issues OR the potential problem. It could happen. Very well might. But I survived it before and would probably survive it again. My issue remains that it's currently my only realistic alternative. I love Mastodon, but it doesn't fill the necessary gap for me. I loved Twitter--way back in the day. For a long time it was very effective for what I needed. Perhaps this can be the same, at least for a while. 🤷♀️
@wdlindsy It looks that way. I'm over there. Have been for around 14 months, but it has little to do with politics. I trying for a professional community that just isn't present here, at least not yet.
