     @sun A doctor would probably do that, not a specialist, he'd probe your ear and suck the stuff that might clog it.
     I was very stubborn about this last time it happened and after many weeks I started to loose balance.

     @augustus no. However I have had my ears irrigated in the past by a doctor and the water pressure of their sprayer was massively higher than me using the shower head. I might still go to the doctor. I am avoiding it because I fully expect them to tell me it will be a month before they can see me and I am not having it done in the emergency room

     @augustus I have to use Trazodone pills. They induce sleep in just a few minutes and the sleep is deep and feels natural and when I wake up I feel rested. No side effects other than over time it takes more to make it work okay. I have been using it for a couple years and it has been a game changer, I started because I knew I had light sleep but I didn't realize how much better life is when you wake rested

     @sun@shitposter.world there is some otc stuff here for clearing ear clogs, check if you can get something like that? Water isn't the best for clearing earwax, because earwax kinda puffs up in water, it can make it harder to clear out.

     @sun@shitposter.world Oh, thats essentially hydrogen peroxide, interesting. Stuff I get here is a weird mix of alcohols and oils in which the wax mostly dissolves.
