   for the relative exodus that takes place on the #birdsite, there is little felt influx of new users here on #mastodon. while several unfortunate decisions of #musk triggered true waves within the #fediverse imho none of this is so far the case, while it is the first time as if folks start to use #bluesky indeed.

     Yeh, that's the slow, steady outcome.
     But who knows, perhaps #loops from @dansup will hit that sweet spot.

     I feel like #Fediverse need some killer app to really kick on. That may be just a slicker, more focused version of #Mastodon. Otherwise all the other small great projects happening here, will over time, add up to make a big community.

     @MrLee i doubt that. imho the only way to get the momentum on our side, would have been for media outlets and publishers to foster their own communities instead of whining that some silicon valley boys enrich themselves on the cost of their content.
