@mdstevens0612 More often than not, I've seen people being surprised by others coming earlier than expected (usually because themselves are late to prepare everything). I'd say it also depends on what's the plan. If there's a dinner planned, you might wanna show up on time. If it's just to chill and have fun, unless you wanna help with the organization, ideally somewhere between on time and "late" (even though it's expected)
