     I get the gesture of kindness Biden intended there, but isn't there some bit of comity or protocol about executives of power touching each other other than handshakes? Especially, when one of those execs happen to be a woman? (Millei's fascism aside, of course.)

     yes. for one, he would have never done that to Merkel. second, what makes this more damning is that he did this knowing very well she's a fascist and right after the Uncommitted vote in Michigan came in during the fake primaries democrats ran this year.
