   🤔 If a foreigner use any of those, is there a curious or negative reaction? I mean, regardless if the foreigner is a tourist or already living in Australia.

     For a foreigner or an ethic, I would suggest stick to "Excuse me" as it's closest to "Received Pronunciation" English. Plus, "shouty" is not a good way (IMHO) to engage, unless the circumstances necessitate.
