   According to the new 3-in-1 test I had delivered with groceries this morning, I do *not* have: covid, flu (a or b, whatever that means), or rsv

   I still feel really bad though. Chest infection I guess. Can't breathe very well. Hacking up gunk.

   I don't feel well enough to leave the house and go to a doctor.

   Don't feel well enough to have a shower, either. Haven't had a shower since Friday and I'm not enjoying the aroma. Aaaaaargh. Because of my low blood pressure, I'm more likely to faint when I have an infection like this. And showering increases the likelihood of me fainting.

   Okay okay okay. I think I can: have a sponge bath maybe? And brush my teeth. That should be doable.

     @lookitmychicken oh no, you sound really ill! I don’t know what your health system is like, do you have a number you can call to get medical advice? Or does your doctor do video appointments?

     @villainousfriend we have a Nurse on Call service that I've used in the past. If things are bad, but I don't know if they're bad enough for an ambulance or whatever, I usually call them. They're good at giving advice and will bring in a doctor if necessary.

     My regular doctors do telehealth appointments, but it's usually not possible to get appointments with them quickly (within a week or so).
