     @matthew @evgandr Is there a version of C that's more "friendly" for the novice programmers? Possibly some libraries / APIs that do some of the heavy lifting? I don't know any of the terminology for this.

     Developers aren't graphic designers, they can't design for shi!!'nn
     
     so looking at an open circulatory system might be super sigma for a surgeon to navigate, your average Joe is gonna just switch to a better designed proprietary hooker to get head from.
