   this is peak midwit take. Yes in theory you can say "all men suck" and not mean "all men suck", but you are saying "all men" - so if you don't believe that, you're lying ( usually for expediency ) and there is a reason historically "live not by lies" has been valued.

     People *in general* aren't reasonable and rational. Just like how "all men suck" is an inherently emotional tagline, they can't get too upset when the response is, in turn, emotionally driven.
