     Facts. The mistake that most people make is that they think you can change minds by direct confrontation — "Comminication" as the guy in OPs post puts it. This rarely works. You have to sell it subtly with a pile of shoes.

     Mostly nice, yes. Also, my wife got her saved by giving her the gospel. Challenged her beliefs and demonstrated strength, determination, and reasoning, in a consistent and fair manner. Never getting to a yelling match. Just influenced her. Madison did most of the work.
