   @tito_swineflu TBH, what I'm seeing isn't unprecedented. November last year I saw a 6% gain, and I've had three months since then with 2% gains. This month is only a little over 2% so far. If it keeps going up at the rate it has in the last 3 days, I don't think that's sustainable and would expect a sharp drop.

     These stock market gains are short-term, right? Why such a surge? Are people hoping they'll sell before the crash?
