     @glynmoody just because AI does the filtering, it should be as illegal, or legal, whether HR did the filtering. AI does not absolve any company from liability - they just need to be very sure on what basis it is doing filtering, just like they brief and train their HR to do it.

     @danie10 quite; the problem is also lack of transparency - not least of the black boxes themselves
