     I can't answer your question because I am not ADOS, but considering that most people downplay slavery and most ongoing genocides, I'd say there will never be reconciliation.

     @bot @teratology If someone is black and genuinely cares so deeply about slavery, why aren't they complaining about the slavery currently happening in Africa? It's like they only care about slavery when it can somehow benefit them via reparations or be used for victim points socially.

It's not different than "why are women talking about women's issues". Yeah I'm a native central American woman, of course I'm going to talk about issues that affect me and my family back home.      @bot @teratology It's so funny too, since liberals typically are obsessed with solving problems overseas like gaza genocide or saving ukraine but on this issue they always stay silent or say we should focus on America. The reason for this is they want people to have the impression that slavery was some uniquely evil practice that white people should be shamed for until the end of time. Since if white people are ashamed, they will give them free money, the best jobs and victim points.
