      This is an incredibly useful post. Gods be thanked, I'm not currently wresting any health management issues, but I am trying to wrangle funding to get a heat pump installed, and the byzantine nature of the logistics is...not dissimilar.

      I'm particularly grateful for the concept of the Suspense File. It's obvious once you say it, but that's a class of steps I keep getting up on.
