     I don't know if a flickr login is required, but the link for the pictures of the scan visualizations is coming up as a blank search page page with faint text in the middle: "Upgrade to Flickr Pro to hide these ads." (The link for the mass worked fine.)

     This is an incredibly useful post. Gods be thanked, I'm not currently wresting any health management issues, but I am trying to wrangle funding to get a heat pump installed, and the byzantine nature of the logistics is...not dissimilar.

     I'm particularly grateful for the concept of the Suspense File. It's obvious once you say it, but that's a class of steps I keep getting up on.
