   Social media algorithms show me lots of videos from Japan travelers. I do like some, others are just standard Japan Content™️, and others are cringe.

   The number one red flag: “Omg we’re here in Tokyo taking the taxi from Narita!!!”

     @deivudesu @gullevek I guess there are a lot of Americans, in particular, who do that — just fly into an airport and then get a taxi as a matter of course

     The smallest amount of research would show that the train or shuttle bus are way better and a tenth the price

     I guess it is good for the taxi drivers though 😆
