     @waifu I only really ever need to change the water if the floor is extremely dirty-- like hasn't been mopped in a year dirty. otherwise it's clean "enough" for most stuff to just keep using it.

     Right, the trick is to have two buckets. Fill up bucket one, use it to mop, offload the dirt by pressing the mop into a noodle strainer into bucket two.
