     TBH I don't drink much at all these days, but I'm definitely not committing to anything for Nov. 5th. No matter what happens, I think I'm going to do a bit of drinking that evening.

     But, of course, I support other people's choices - if someone wishes to make November a dry month, more power to them. It's a totally reasonable choice. I recommend a good club soda with lime, a craft root beer, or some boba tea. (My daughter got me into that. Good stuff.)
