@scathach its silly. i wanted to set up rust with completion and fancy stuff for types, and it sucked and didnt work right. that spurred me yanking a whole lot of shit out. i was using my mac more, vscode for work, emacs became irrelevant. I whittled down my install to almost no packages at all, just my own skeletons and bits of elisp, and shit for notetaking cuz i was still an org-mode andy. and then I started using the notes app on mac and that was that.
