     @BlueWaver22 I may be completely wrong in saying this, but I think whatever action the Biden administration takes would have to come after declaring a national emergency which would lead to all sorts of chaos. I am deeply worried, regardless of what happens next Tuesday.

     @WarnerCrocker The nation article by Elie Mystal is almost certainly their secret plan- I’m sick over this- was so fired up after last night but ElieMystal knows what he’s talking about. Yeah I know Mark Elias has to be ready for this but something drastic might have to be done. I mean Biden has immunity. Can he suspend the Supreme Court? They didn’t even bother giving an explanation for the shadow docket ruling today. They don’t even care to appear unbiased anymore

     @WarnerCrocker yeah but did you read Mystal? Johnson will still be in power on December 11, which is the deadline to certification and he lays out a scenario that I didn’t even know was possible it has me so upset

     @WarnerCrocker I know right? Just so sad that we are here….and i’m sorry, but Merrick Garland should’ve acted immediately after inauguration to stop Trump and hold him accountable. I swear I think he’s been a horrible attorney general.
