I must apologise to @dansup I over reacted, waiting so long and bigging up the project to then not be able to change password. Well I was disappointed but over reacted. Dan is doing amazing work and on his own. So should be supported better by us all. https://mastodon.social/@dansup/113395111197135929
@ernmander Not going to lie, it was really stressful to see your posts about Loops, and I'm thankful I was able to fix the miscommunications we had and that you were able to realize that your spot is reserved and nobody was able to jump ahead of you.
People like you, our early adopters, mean the most to me because you guys keep me going, and yeah, thats why it hurt a lot to see you so upset.
I'm glad that's resolved, and I can focus on shipping @loops
@dansup thank you for all the hard work. Genuinely sorry for over reacting. You have nothing to apologise for. I keep forgetting how extremely hard it is to make apps and get the word out. Again I truly apologise and will of course be here if you need anything. I must remember great things are worth the wait 😊
And I don't blame you for getting anxious, I had some unexpected delays that pushed the release back, but now we are closer than ever and feedback from our community is essential.
Do you have your first Loop video planned or recorded yet?
The Camera isn't ready yet (ETA this weekend), but you will be able to upload videos from your camera roll that are under 60 seconds long.
@dansup again I really apologise. I’m so glad I could take the time to publicly apologise it was the least I could do, I was out of order. You keep on making the amazing platforms, you’re genuinely making awesome stuff that connects people around the globe.
