     I'm not sure whether still the case, but Tesla making 2nd hand owners purchase their own software upgrades for a car that had those upgrades already is funnier IMO.

     @kaia @bartholin @lain I don't really know if that works, I've heard people talk about it. I've also seen cars sold and the new owner retained the features until one day Tesla noticed and removed them
     
     I've been getting a lot of offers from Tesla lately to buy a new car and they'll transfer my FSD license over for free. I definitely will never replace my car with another Tesla unless they will do it. I'm sure I could haggle them into doing it if I really wanted to and they weren't currently offering the promotion.
