   @jimmybuffettfanaccount @Umlaut @Griffith Death of the Author is like democracy in general. There are points of view that are essentially worthless. Traditional democracy felt no qualms about this, not everyone got to vote.
   
   But with equality, all of a sudden it becomes "fuck the author, I'm going to say this means whatever makes me feel good" and 'fuck rules and shit, I'm gonna do what makes me feel good'
