     2 seems to show you being distracted by something, 4 shows a hint of "not amused" vibe.

     3 looks a bit more "active" while 1 is a bit more like a "prepared portrait". (Hope I'm explaining this properly.)

     @freemo either one, but my non-business-person mind would choose 3 as it gives a bit more of a "let's-get-things-done" vibe, i.e. bit more active. That would be my choice.

     But, then, I have no clue what I'm talking about .. these comments are *only* based on the impression I get from looking at them.
