     @BashStKid that is one of the things that the Cruising Association has looked into. The results are inconclusive, given most of us use blue antifoul.

     @JohanDiederik Attacks this month have been around Galicia. There were attacks in Biscay in July through to September, mostly either off the Brest peninsula or near Bilbao.

     @goatsarah Have you heard of recent attacks in that area? I’m always a bit scared for them. Been 3.5 months in the Baltic sea that was different.

     @JohanDiederik I got close to a reported sighting in July.

     Next summer we are going to have to run the gauntlet to Bilbao. There isn't a lot we can do other than play the odds.
