     Off the top of my head... he was a lawyer in Panama who shot some protestors that were blocking the road.

     oh yea. That was the case where everyone said they were "climate activists" but they didn't care about the climate and were just protesting general corruption in the Panama government ...
     
     huh, looks like the guy got 48 years in prison. Guess he's dying in a cell in Panama:
