   @David @DrEvanGowan Always wonder why preventive healthcare gets little or no coverage under Japan's national health insurance.
   Have cynically assumed that "a stitch in time saves nine" isn't as glamorous as high-tech, photogenic surgery with all the bells & whistles despite the former making more sense for personal & national health🙄
