   @jeremiah I couldn't get it working in Painter 5. So I'm downloading photoshop 5.5 (not CS!) from 1999 or thereabouts, it's the last version that works on win9x and has PNG support and should be able to load the power tools plugins. The download is going super slow though and I'm working rn
