Alarming footage has emerged of an orphaned Palestinian girl, about seven years old, carrying her injured sister over her shoulder for two kilometres. The barefoot girl was trying to get her sister to one of the Hamas strongholds that are sometimes referred to as “hospitals”.

That account is satire based on a UK “journalist” who is famous for access journalism.
Sometimes, it’s the only way to get through to peopl, sadly.
And, to be fair, at this point I don’t know what it’s going to take for some people to recognise – much less do something about – a bloody genocide.

Looks like this IS a satire site. I am not sure it's a great idea that such tragic matters are treated in a satirical way.
I am really uneasy with this article so I just asked sincerely your opinion.
