     @iro_miya@mk.absturztau.be In the Netherlands you are only eligible to get the covid vaccine nowadays if you're over 60 or immunocompromised.

     To answer any questions people possibly have, in 🇫🇷 France:
     - The flu vaccine is €20.27.
     - The COVID vaccine is free if you have public healthcare. You don't need private insurance.
     - You can do both vaccines at once.
     - While the government has a list of people theoretically targeted by the campaign, anyone can do it.

     Get an invite for a covid or flu shot if you really want one is pretty easy here tho, you simply have to ask your GP and they will probably do it.

     Also my GP sends me a flu shot invite every year because I have epilepsy??? That doesn't get affected by flu.

     @iro_miya@mk.absturztau.be I have never gotten a flu shot tho. I never saw the need to get a flu shot because I never really get sick from it anyway? Just seems like a waste of time for me personally.

     @iro_miya@mk.absturztau.be Oh yeah the a lot of GPs here automatically send flu shot invites to anyone in their database that uses any kind of chronic medication, no matter what it is. I think that's why I am on the list too.

     @SuperDicq@minidisc.tokyo the pharmacists saw I have some chronic illness registered with the healthcare (she can't know which) and asked why I paid for the vaccine. I said it had nothing to do with the flu because it's ADHD. She hesitated but but then went okay. I feel like she felt I could have made it slip if I tried hard enough xD but I can't be bothered

     @iro_miya@mk.absturztau.be Does the flu shot really stop it from spreading tho? If that was true I would expect everyone to receive one so influenza is gone for good.
