     @OWHolmes Agreed. As I read that article, his aides weren't afraid of nuclear war, but that he would decide to exercise the same powers for a spurious reason.

     MS ... before Trump get us as far as nuclear war and Presidential Crisis Powers, there are several other immediate crises that we will find ourselves in.

     First, will be the chaos as Trump attempts to reorganize government to suit his personal needs and promises. The Courts will cease to have any control and Law and Order will cease to exist.

     Next will be JD Vance, a Yale Law grad. He's radical, little experience in public service but is keenly aware that it's the VP that initiates action under the 25th Amendment. With what Trump will do on day one, JD will waste no time in an attempt to replace him and the cabinet will have little choice other than to support him.

     Nuclear war? Not a worry ⚛️
