   My approach to this sort of thing usually goes like:
   ~ piss around googling for formulas
   ~ get frustrated
   ~ slam laptop shut
   ~ open laptop
   ~ stare angrily at screen
   ~ export spreadsheet as CSV
   ~ do recalc on csv using python or awk
   ~ import results back into spreadsheet
   ~ eat biscuits

     All right, Excel experts. I need some help.

     Is there an easy, automated way to copy only the data appearing in the rows where column B is some variation of" XX Total"?

     Internet tutorials have been zero help so far
