Vo (vo@noauthority.social)'s status on Friday, 18-Oct-2024 18:25:51 JST Vo @kaia the only ethical choice for the coder is to become proficient while concealing their power level (pretending it still takes you just as long), then pick up two more jobs, working them all at once in secret from the others, while producing good code the whole time.
It's the only way to get a pay increase while not moving up the ranks to the detriment of others.
