     @0utside0utsider this is one of those things where I'm reminded of why I became attracted to the whole "post-left" thing in the first place even if I now feel very skeptical towards that whole label/scene and think it's also very outdated, because I see shit like this where leftoids don't even understand the terms they're using and just create new secular forms of moralism while not fundamentally being very different from anything they claim to be against. it's very easy for a bad faith interlocutor to twist this around into meaning something else from what my point is but basically if all these people are capable of doing is throwing around different signifiers while the meaning remains unchanged (scapegoating some powerless minority identity), then clearly the left has completely failed. all of this is just a recurrence of the same shit from the past 100+ years.
     
     it's so banal that it's almost not even worth commenting on but it's particularly frustrating to me seeing people who probably are *literally labor aristocrats* not only poisoning these concepts but then also mobilizing them against those who are the *least* bourgeois or labor aristocratic or whatever. I mean for fuck's sake most trans women I know are systemically fucking excluded from even having legal sources of income!

     @FiringSquadsEnjoyer @0utside0utsider @nyx huh isn't parenting leave (so regardless of gender) a rather widespread thing at least as a concept?
     And I'd say it makes a lot of sense, this way you get two people relaying each others to take care of the newborn (plus pregnancy seems tiring as fuck, imagine being still the only one parenting the child once born…).
