How long does a refrigerated bottle of milk last once it's open? I like a tiny bit of milk in my coffee but really only a tiny bit, and my boyfriend just dumped out like half a bottle that I thought was still fine because it was "open too long". :p
(It was UHT/long-life milk but idk if that makes a difference once the bottle is open)

@sofiav Then it was fine. If it was borderline, it would've clumped in your coffee (you would've seen little white blobs floating and it would've affected the taste) and if it were bad, you wouldn't question it, you would've dumped and made a new cup. :)

@sofiav It depends on the type of milk and the refrigeration and where in the fridge it is kept. If bad it will either smell/taste sour or have chunks in it when it goes past the sour state. (The ecology of milk is really fascinating. :) )
