Lifting has been erratic lately due to household stuff, but I actually do need to keep this routine up, because this is the kind of structure that pins down my mental health properly, particularly as we approach winter, the season of not being able to manufacture enough of my own damn vitamin D.
Went fine, failed 72kg deadlift for reps, just a single, mostly because I didn't feel comfortable with my form, so dropped to 60kg for a refresh. I'm sure everything'll start incrementally increasing again once I've got the routine back in place.
