   Finally, an explanation for #GNOMESoftware's slow scrolling when browsing apps! Thanks to @kdwk for finding out that it only happens when the mouse is over the items instead of "in the margin on the side"…

   The fact that it is hundreds of times slower, however, was a rather unexpected finding :blobsweats:

   I wonder whether it's #GTK, the pixbufs, or something else in the #GNOME graphics stack 🤔

     @nekohayo @kdwk Interesting! Can't really say I've noticed this, as I only just search for what I want. But it's great you're working on it! Now what annoys me is that the app reloads it's screen after installing anything, so I have to wait for several seconds before I can click on that Open button. But I'm sure someone is on that too!

     @nekohayo @kdwk Hey, this is really late, but I just wanted to reply to say I appreciate you, and you taking the time to reply! I wish I could help, but unfortunately I don't know how to code, or where I would start to learn and ever get good enough to contribute to Gnome. I try to help in other ways instead :)
