   @ryan be easier to talk about what to keep than what to cut. Default position should be removal until evidence of purpose AND execution is proven. Incompetent and wasteful until proven otherwise.

     Spending has gone WAY past the need to cut government budgets or programs. We need to start cutting government departments.
