   I wrote a regex matching some Arabic words. I was wondering why it's not working.
   
   Turns out I used ؟ instead of ? for the optional part. :neocat_googly:

     @emmy@transfem.social Regex is already barely readable as it is so Arabic regex sounds like actual torture.

     @SuperDicq@minidisc.tokyo No it's actually fine. I just need to first type the regex with placeholders in latin, then copy it to an editor that supports Right-to-left, then replace the placeholders, then copy it back.
     
     Hm, I guess it's not that fine actually.
