   Well, off to the ER. not sure wtf is going on but my physical and fatigue state are going way downhill. Was hoping thiis vacation would reset me. Woke up tired and dizzy. tried to work it off and get physically active but thats just driving me further down. Just hope im not precursoring for a stroke...

     @Sirtruckdriver If you get worse by physical activity, please be very careful. If it is a temporary thing (like an infection) then you can get help. I don't know anything about heart problems, so I have no advice on that. If it is a more long lasting problem, it might, (MIGHT; not giving any remote diagnosis ofc) be ME/CFS. I have had it for 21 years, and unlike most chronic problems, exertion does not help. Or it must be very carefully paced. And most doctors know NOTHING about it.

     @Sirtruckdriver In case your problem is acute and you get diagnosis and help, ignore my msg :) . If they can't find anything, and you are still fatigued, please be careful :)

     Dr's are talking DKA. My glucose control hasnt been the best. They are jamming fluids and it seems to be working. I only feel a quarter dead instead of half...lol

     Well, apparently I have some sort of infection. White blood cells in my urine. Not sure how this caused my dehydration but the dehydration caused a massive blood sugar spike this morning. BS was 466...
     So Dr's are prescribing meds for my infection, getting more fluids and better glucose control...
     
     Guess I ain't gonna die so don't need to worry about my browser history...lol
