bot did belligerently call the info in the Torswats thread fake at first (specifically the part about Meticore being an "ironic" pedophile and a swatter), but that was more so out of ignorance than malice, I've come to understand.

Same goes for Alex's misunderstandings about the extent of other Fedi people's involvement with Meticore - Alex isn't being malicious, he just doesn't have the most ironclad understanding of shitposting culture and how to reliably differentiate between harmless funsters and malicious life-ruiners. He's a normie at heart basically, lol

@colonelj Alex never rallied me or bot. I hate Graf bc he called me a pedophile 3 years ago, and I don’t hate Pete, I just think he’s a schizophrenic with no real principles.

Alex hates bot. He thinks she’s connected to a now defunct swatting group that @Sprate wrote a thread on. We had a long phone call where he accused half the people on Fedi of being Torswats (but mostly bot)

alex says this behavior is did to alcohol and even mentions graf's real name, likely done to trigger graf. I only feel bad for graf's frens who need to ignore and pretend graf isn't being histrionic out of fear of bans or defederations. graf appears to continue seething at Alex directly in more private channels

@colonelj I said everything I've got to say to the guy, and it's more or less the same thing I said in the thread yesterday. Sorry to disappoint but since he's been gone, it's been fine; someone's causing trouble and it's better if they stop, he left about a year ago, so there's not much to say besides "Don't come back starting shit." I don't have anything new to say about Gleason except that I called it and that I wish he wouldn't.

You ought to know that's not the deal; after I saw him blow up at me out of nowhere (all I'd posted was "Did Soapbox remove the tags from the body of the post? I hate that.") and then saw that he'd done that to everyone that had so much as mentioned the change, I concluded that he's a liability and said as much. He has, since then, burned every team that let him on. I was friends with graf when he disagreed on that point, and I am still friends with graf after he came to the same conclusion.
